Our Guarantee
Our team provides superior service quality involving clients every step of the way. We provide a “peace of mind” 10 Year Limited Warranty on structural works. We offer a 5% retention of the building cost during the first year of ownership. We’ll complete any corrections to your home in a timely fashion during this period.

- Design: Our Architect-Building team will work with you every step of your building journey and deliver a transparent pricing schedule of works, drawings, materials, and specifications.
- Build: While your home is being built, our Home Project Manager will help you understand the phases of construction.
- Finalise: We offer a 5% retention of the building cost during the first year of ownership. We’ll complete any corrections to your home in a timely fashion during this period.
- Enjoy: We provide exclusive “Peace of Mind” warranty’s for your custom built home including 5 years for the structural works from the day named in the Certificate of Practical Completion of the Works.
